Khairos AI started with two friends and co-founders, Mattia Lorenzo Gallino and Liam Drake, after years of building e-commerce businesses together.

When their supply chain hit a wall, thousands of support emails started pouring in overnight — refunds, cancellations, order changes. The team couldn't keep up.

So they built their first autonomous AI agents — agents that could reply, cancel, refund and update orders on their own. Hours of stress disappeared from the team's day.

Once they saw it work, they started building similar systems for other businesses. That's how Khairos AI became a company.
